Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We completely stand behind our LeakAlert 360™ 4 point home protection. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at Help@homesafety.store with your order number and the reason for your return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Condition of Returned Items
We ask that items be returned in reasonable condition. We will not accept returns that are intentionally damaged.
Partial Refunds
In very rare cases where items are returned significantly damaged or with components missing, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Exchanges
If your unit is defective or arrives damaged, we'll send you a replacement at no charge. Just email us with a photo at help@homesafety.store.
What's Not Covered
- Orders outside the 60-day return window
- Items reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
