How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the contiguous United States.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all LeakAlert 360™ orders. No minimum order required.

What if my order is delayed?

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control, especially during peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your ship date, please reach out to us at help@homesafety.store and we'll make it right.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at help@homesafety.store and we'll do our best to update your address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
